All bed and bath linens are provided. After a day on the slopes enjoy the spacious living room with a cozy gas log stove for those chilly winter nights. The dining area with table and 4 chairs (2 folding chairs in the front closet) can comfortably accommodate your dinner guests. Off the dining room is the bonus/play room with a fold-out sleep sofa, flat screen tv and Renai gas heater. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower and tub on the main floor. Downstairs you will find a ½ bath and laundry, storage shelves, and the entrance to the 1 car garage making unloading the groceries in bad weather a breeze. And enjoy the mountain views from the deck and fenced back yard with playset and fire pit. The rate is $7500. plus utilities of electric and gas. Tenant is responsible for snowplowing over the allowance amount of $280 pre-paid by the landlord. Security Deposit required upon signing of the lease.
