The older mobile home currently on the lot was set up as temporary while building but it became a rental over last few years. The mobile age, make , model are not known but could serve as that same temporary living area while a new home is placed or built. When purchased originally the shed was used as a bunkhouse with power and woodstove hook up as the original doublewide that was on the slab had been removed. Drilled well and septic are currently in use and tenants are going to leave prior to closing.
