Southern Maine's Q1 - 2023 Single Family Home Sale Trends

Comparing last quarter's statistics to Q1 2022 across the towns we work in, the number of single family homes sold dropped double digits. In most towns, the number of available homes for sale rose and the median sale price increased as well. Although there's volatility with interest rates, we are still experiencing demand from people who want to move to, or within, coastal Southern Maine.
