 “Rita’s Place”, a spacious contemporary seaside summer vacation rental, just one row in from Long Sands Beach, awaits you and your family this summer season (off season availability as well)!

This expansive home, with over 4,000 square feet of living space and fantastic ocean views from almost every room, includes a chef’s kitchen with blue Bahia granite countertops, custom trim, dishwasher, and gas cook top range. A great gathering place for the whole family to plan for the day’s activities.

The first level also offers a living room with large TV, office space for those who might need to check into work, and a ¾ bathroom with stacked washer/dryer (beach chairs/cooler included!).

The second level is comprised of two bedrooms and another full bathroom, plus game room with pool table/TV/bar area.

On the third floor resides the large master suite with TV and balcony, along with an enormous master bath with tub and large, walk-in shower. Another full washer/dryer is found on this level, along with a full bathroom, a sitting room with futon to relax with a good book or play board games, and two other bedrooms.

Other amenities include gas grill, air conditioning (a mix of window units and wall units), internet, cable TV, outdoor shower, beach cart, beach chairs, all linens, and ocean views from almost every room!

*Winter rental term (October 1, 2023 through May 1, 2024) includes all utilities and snow removal (except for shoveling of steps). A credit/background check ($26/pp), first month's rent, security deposit, and renter's insurance required. No pets or smoking/vaping and there will be an exit cleaning fee.
