Located just two rows in from Long Sands Beach, this beautiful, newly built summer vacation rental can accommodate multiple families to enjoy all that York Beach, Maine and the area has to offer. The open concept first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen – great for gathering to plan the day’s activities. A living area with TV as well as an indoor area to dine, and a bedroom and ¾ bath complete this floor. Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room.

Amenities include: A/C mini splits in each bedroom, ceiling fans in each bedroom, beach wagon, internet, Smart TV's, grill, outdoor shower, shaded patio area plus deck with outdoor furniture, and a little white picket fenced yard. Bring your own linens/towels, but there is a washer/dryer!

No pets, no smoking/vaping please.

*Winter Rental begins 9/15/23 and ends 5/15/24. A tenant is responsible for electricity and propane, as well as snow removal. No pets or smoking/vaping. A credit/background check ($26/pp), first month's rent, security deposit, and renter's insurance required. An exit cleaning fee will be charged as well.
