Welcome to 16 Old Ferry Road in picturesque Kittery, Maine. Built in 1668, this historic home has incredible water views settled on the Piscataqua River (tidal). 

The sprawling home has a first floor bedroom with en suite 3/4 bathroom, formal sitting area, dining room, landry room with half bathroom, updated eat-in sunny kitchen, and sunroom with TV and views of the water. There are multiple access points to the backyard from the first floor.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms (due to the age of the house, the staircases are steep). All bedrooms have water views.

The gazebo is a great place to watch the river activity, view the sun set, or enjoy a cup of your morning coffee.

When you are not spending time at the house, explore neighboring Fort Foster, Fort McClary, Seapoint Beach, visit the popular Wallingford Square in downtown Kittery that includes plenty of places to find amazing eats along with some quaint shops. Portsmouth NH is a lovely area to visit and just a quick drive over the bridge. Of course, neighboring towns like York, Ogunquit, Wells, and the Kennebunks offer plenty of additional beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions. Quite the place to spend summer in Maine - the way life should be!!
