Main floor includes a half bathroom, family room, living room, enclosed porch, large eat-in kitchen, dining room, office area and open porch with harbor views/sounds. Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms and two full baths (two bedrooms include Queen sized beds - the other two bedrooms each have two twin-sized beds). A third floor includes two twin beds and a 3/4 bath - perfect for those seeking their own space. The gated yard includes a swing set and plenty of space to play ball or run around. An outside shower and clothing line complete your experience (washer/dryer is located in basement).
Security Deposit of $700, cleaning fee of $200 and 7% Maine Lodging Tax also apply. A pet may be negotiated with additional Pet Deposit/Agreement.
