LuAnn joined Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant. She quickly recognized that her skills were underutilized in that capacity, and that there was an urgent need for a rental specialist within the agency to fill the ongoing demand for summer and year-round rentals in the Seacoast area. LuAnn's years of experience owning a successful restaurant and catering business in Portsmouth, New Hampshire gave her a high level of expertise in customer service, which she has put to good use in creating and managing the rental division of Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty. To further her understanding and knowledge of the real estate market, LuAnn attained a Maine Associate Broker's license in 2006.
Since its inception in 2001, the rental division is thriving and LuAnn's phone is never quiet. She believes in going the extra mile for all of her rental clients. LuAnn's dedication and personalized service have earned her the highest accolades from an ever-growing list of satisfied propery owners and tenants. LuAnn enjoys all aspects of working with the property owner and finding that perfect vacation home or transitional rental for a prospective tenant.
