Kevin Erikson

Kevin Erikson, a native New Englander originally from Hollis, NH, went to high school at Lawrence Academy in Groton Massachusetts. Kevin was an avid soccer and tennis player. As a captain of the tennis team for 4 years Kevin was able to hone his leadership skills.

Kevin attended Rollins College in Florida, but soon realized that New England was where his roots and heart should be. He graduated with a degree in marketing from Quinnipiac University in 2006.

Kevin is the president of Tide Run Development, a local company involved with a number of construction projects in the York area. Combining Kevin’s knowledge in the construction industry with his marketing skills brings a knowledgeable fresh face to the Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty team.

Kevin resides in York with his dog Koia. When not working, Kevin enjoys renovating his new home and playing tennis.
