Jeremy is not only the youngest Realtor in York, he is also one of the most successful. After just five years in real estate, he holds the all-time record for the highest-price sale in York history, as well as for the highest price ever paid for a non-waterfront property. He is also the top-selling Realtor in the Town of York for 2008.
Beginning his career at the tender age of 12, Jeremy traveled from house to house in his neighborhood mowing lawns. By the time he was 16, he owned approximately $25,000 worth of mowing equipment and had a customer database exceeding 70 properties. After graduating from York High School and attending York County Community College he felt it was time to embark on a new venture. With Jeremy’s Lawncare, LLC flourishing, he decided to enroll in the Maine Real Estate licensing course. He earned his license on the first try, and joined Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty where he quickly proved himself in the real estate community. Jeremy credits his fresh approach, combined with his knowledge and genuine love of the York area for his success.
Besides real estate, Jeremy is passionate about deep-sea fishing, snowboarding, surfing and his community. These days he spends a good deal of his time working on the home in Cape Neddick that he purchased recently and is in the process of remodeling, using his many skills, and the design expertise he has gained through his exposure to some of the area’s finest homes.
