Fritz is a full-time, full-service real estate broker who, from the initial meeting to the closing table, assures that his clients’ needs come first and foremost.
Fritz, who had a 30-year career in sales and management by owning a video store, a very successful painting contracting business, and stills owns a wholesale/retail Christmas tree business in New York State, kicked off his career in real estate ten years ago. His dedication to real estate is fueled by his passion for working with people. Fritz has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has won numerous awards.
Fritz truly loves working with buyers and sellers and finds something very satisfying about finding someone their perfect home.
After living in the Green Mountains of Vermont for 15 years Fritz, his wife Tammy of 30 years and their two daughters sold their home in 1993 and moved to the Seacoast of Maine. They love the town of York and could not imagine living anywhere else.
Classic cars, cooking, and watching football, are some of Fritz's interests. When not in the office, he can be found Striper fishing along Maine's coast. Fritz and Tammy support Animal Rescue. They have a soft spot for cats and currently have eight which they have adopted over the years.
